5.x

Fixes a number of display problems on view listings pages, and allows optional breadcrumb entries (if the title evaluates to empty, skip it).

Fixed the following bugs and features:

#16239 Not execute the auto-detection for unpublished nodes.
#22764 Character encoding.
#32725 The module doesn't accept MSN trackback urls.
#45003 disable trackbacks on a per node basis.
#88389 Fixup db tables.

Add setting to omit subscribe link with teasers.

From 5.x-1.7:
Fix for category subscriptions.
From 5.x-1.6:
Fixed "omitted content types" (need to resave setting after this update),
fixed node_access check (particularly helps sending via cron).

Reminder: check access control settings after update when upgrading from 5.x-1.4 or older.
