Removed completed timers from the timing loop and added complete string to the admin settings.

Update for Drupal 5.

Upgraded to Drupal 5.x compatibility. The only necessary change was some slight work on the mailing function, otherwise, it worked like a charm.

Still in development. Contains a patch by joshk to add taxonomy without the need to jump to the node edit form and have the proper permissions to do so. Check out http://drupal.org/node/117376 .
