First release of audit files.

This is the initial production release for Drupal 5.

Don't use this for production sites. Instead, please use the non-"dev" versions.

Initial official release of the 5.x-2.* new feature series. Enhancements since 5.x-1.0:

Bugfix: changed first mass_contact_bcc_d to be mass_contact_HTML_d
moved node_type entry creation to time of node creation
