* #138483: fixed the log field to only appear if the user has appropriate permissions or node revisions are enabled
* changed the usernode default view to make use of the latest nodeprofile module's display settings. So if you use nodeprofile, also update it to at least version 1.1.

* #84541: added new optional feature: display nodeprofiles as user/profile categories. Furthermore this introduces a new dependency on the subform element module, so install this module before you update! This feature can be enabled in the also new per content type node profile settings! thanks to DarrenOh for the initial patch.
* added configurable nodeprofile display on the userpage support
* added an option to add an edit link/tab to the display options
* added user registration integration support

don't apply node population restriction to anonymous users - in conjunction with nodeprofile, this allows one to create multiple not user associated profiles by setting their author to anonymous.
