Drupal 5 release of 'ReplacementTags' (Release Version 1.8)

This release includes bugfixes and some new features:

• feature: support for multilingual (table) tags
  (requires i18n module to be installed)
• bugfix: hide add/edit/del buttons in non-javascript tags administration
• task: removed x(ht)ml validation on node preview

If you are upgrading from an older version (prior 1.4), you should
also read the release notes of the reptag 5.x-1.4 release.

Solved the bug that allowed a fast clicker user to vote multiple times.

Development version of Form Riddler. Should be functional but not tested.

Just figured out how to add in the german translation file hass provided.

This beta release is compatible with Texy! 2.0 beta 1.
