Fixed Primary Links.

This is the initial release. It does not have all the features it should have yet, but I don't anticipate any coming changes that will break compatibility (though, I make no promises in that regard).

First release for Drupal 5.

• Corrected grammar to comply with Drupal coding standards.
• Changed settings update message.
• Only respond to nodeapi invocation if node is a product.
• Made code simpler and more consistent.
• Renamed sale_products table to sale_items.
• Changed permission from administer store to administer products.
• Prevented cart link from being modified when item is in cart.

Be sure to run update.php after installing this upgrade.
