Checks that port 25 is open for fsockopen().
Updated documentation.

1.3 release did not have folders like icons, images, colorcss. 1.4 has it.

Fixed the critical bug print $scripts was missing in the header. Also fixed the issue with message icon appearing half.

This is the Drupal 5.x development branch. This is where all the cool stuff for Drupal 5 versions of this module happen!
