This is the initial release, tested with some rigor but not yet in production or tested for performance.

changes since 5.x 1.0 beta1:
* removed a unused function, added a link to the developer docs to the README
* #156487: on the configuration overview page also show on which event the configuration is executed
* fixed deinstallation procedure

Update to Drupal 5.

• Completely updated API, but with easy migration path.
• Added ability to switch themes when displaying the theme settings.

This release should be pretty stable as it already has been tested quite a lot as a patch in the Drupal 6.x release cycle.
