Development snapshot of the DRUPAL-5--3 branch

This is mostly a straight upgrade of the 4.7 version of the module - thanks to Janos Feher and Gábor Hojtsy for the actual code work.

There is a slight bug fix or enhancement related to the location of the s5 files which makes it easier to install the module.

Added supporting custom content types.
Added theme_trackback_url function.
Deleting trackbacks when the node is deleted.
Improving performance and hook_link support.

Fixed some minor bugs.

Fixed a bug that prevented this module from working with multiple nodes at once.

This is compatible with drupal 5, it just needs some more work till I'm happy with it.

I would advise not to use it in a production context just yet as things are either being finalised, or are likely to change.
