Fixed a few bugs, and a security hole. Thanks to webavant for bringing the hole to my attention.

• Prevent units being added from the create content menu can only be created from a property
• online booking is now enabled by default
• removed unsed API called in hotel module
• corrected SQL query in accommodation module to allow table alias to be used
