• correct foreach errors
• update some modules to include cvs release info

See the log for the bugs fixed. Seems to be pretty stable, so updating to 1.1.

Changed some PHP5-only lines to work with PHP4.

Had a couple of bugs with the 1.1 version. This fixes them.

* fixed small issue with representation of php conditions in rules' list
+ rules' list is placed to <fieldset> (collapsible & collapsed by default)
