First commit of the Film Forge install profile for Drupal 5.x.

• Fixed the calling of flashvideo_get_thumbnail and flashvideo_get_video when you only provide on single File ID as a parameter
• Added a Repeat Type to the Flash Player Settings
• Fixed the FlashVideo Require option
• Added a fix for the filesize invalid error
