Initial Drupal 5 release.

This is the final release for the 5.1 branch. It is essentially the last dev version from that branch, including the last incompatible development updates from 2009-09-07, unsupported and not working.

f you have to use Drupal 5, release 5--1-5-8 is actually the best release for Drupal 5 and the one you want to use until upgrading to Drupal 7.

It has been created only as a closing point for that branch, for history purposes. Please use 5--1-5-8 or 7.x for any work.

This is still essentially the initial beta version, though the underlying code is the well-tested .inc file from Drupal 7

• #1220874 re-order code in update function so schema change happens before copying portable hashes
