Issue #1294936: Add support for Content-Type argument

Fixes a bug in the install code.
#1280278: Call to undefined function when installing using Drush (probably same with normal installation)

This is the final release of G2 Glossary for Drupal 5. It includes all changes in earlier versions of the 5.x-1.x branch and is equivalent to the head of that branch.

As such, it is a production-ready as one can get on Drupal 5, since Drupal 5 itself is no longer supported.

If you still have to use Drupal 5, this is the version you want, until you upgrade to Drupal 6 or 7.
