Many changes and updates. See CHANGELOG.txt for details. The code is believed to be in good working operation, but it's entirely possible there are new bugs introduced by myself. Use with caution, but use and let me know if anything is found.

Added MicroID to user profile page view, and cleaned up code.

First release.

Dev release. Already stable, can be used on live site. Some features are to be added until stable release (formatters, label for the extra field), and there are reported bugs (character length has no effect, checkbox doesn't work with more than one word in the option (could not reproduce)).

Fixed a few minor bugs
Added user-level disabling of MicroID's for nodes (author may not want to generate them for any reason).
