Optimized images, compressed CSS and updated to new image paths, fixed issue with page title, fixed typo in error message image.

• times for cron cleardown were calculate incorrectly for cart and holds
• resolved duplicate key issue which existed in certain cases when 2 rooms of the same type were added to the cart and left unpaid
• requires ecommerce modules to be repatched

• amends how transactions which have been abandoned on a payment page are handled
• amends when hold times on a property are updated
• adds a new block which when enabled reminds a customer if they have an item awaiting payment which is still on hold for them(works with registered users only)
• requires ecommerce modules to be repatched

This is the release of the version I currently have on my site.

It has been working very well for me. Hopefully this will clear up issues others are having.

This release is compatible with Panels 2 alpha 11. I'm tagging a release, because the API probably won't change anymore.
