Added option to include/exclude user-selectable roles in both registration and user account forms or registration form only. Admins of existing installations should visit the user-selectable admin page (admin/user/user_selectable_roles) to set their preference.

Minor bug fixes that have occured over the past year. Primarily bringing this version back inline with the dev branch since it's been about a year since last release.

Initial release for 5.x branch

- Fixing encoding issue in iranian calendar

- Fixing .info file error which was preventing Drupal to recognize module's version

- Fixing incompatibility with date module
- Adding require patch as file and also updating in readme
- Production release
