I was wondering has anyone tried migrating website from Subdreamer CMS(http://www.subdreamer.com/) to Drupal. It will be great if you could share some thoughts.

Actually I only have the DB schema available and no developer docs and no access to source code.
There seems to be a lot of different ways to put your images into a CCK node, but there seems to be no definitive answer on which way of inserting images is best for mass upload.
Has anyone successfully tackled this? What was your experience?
Can anyone verify whether the conclusions in the belowmentioned post correct? I don't want what is here to be found by some unsuspecting person who is also struggling with this question and then have them waste time if this isn't right.
We are a small college in Burlington, Vermont, USA and in dire need of bringing our website to the next level. Currently it is designed in Dreamweaver, very low key and was maintained by my previous predecessor alone. So, when people from other department need to upgrade their information, they get very frustrated by not being able to change it.
