Founded in 2001, the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) focuses on improving the environmental performance and energy efficiency of all types of transportation to benefit public health and alleviate climate change. Working with national and regional governments and multilateral bodies (such as the International Maritime Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization), the ICCT’s 40 staff and 35 council members regularly meet to discuss objectives to creating cleaner and more efficient transportation globally.

High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council were delivering a shared services strategy. As part of this they were looking to replace disparate separate content management systems with a consolidated central platform that let them re-use content across the authorities where it made sense. The aims were to reduce complexity, cost, administration overhead.
