Post installation

I installed Field Group module in my drupal 10 but it not work for me. When I edit content type, and I go to administer field I can't find the option to add field group. I cleaned cache.

I set up a website using Drupal 10 and PostgreSQL but due to a communication delay, I just found out from the server team that the database on the staging/live servers is MySQL and not PostgreSQL. I now face the issue of switching my site to use MySQL instead.

My goal is to switch the database from my local PostgreSQL database to my newly created local MySQL database so that I can easily migrate the site to the staging and live servers in the future. Alternatively, I would like to know if this is futile and if I am forced to start development from scratch.

Hello I created a subtheme, indicating in the info.yml file
base theme: FALSE

Made some tests, and it works
I tried changing the code to create a sub theme
base theme: stable9

When I ran the cache clearing I get the error that stable9 theme is not installed and not going forward

I went back to the info.yml file and put back
base theme: FALSE

But it keeps giving me the same error
I cleared the cache from PHPMyAdmn but the result does not change
Is there any other option

Please can someone point me in the right direction with the following ...

My commerce site is almost up and running but have this issue. When i add a subscription based product to the cart I get the following scenario;

SUBTOTAL :                   R1000

PRORATION DISCOUNT : - R692,68

VAT @ 15% :                  R150

TOTAL :                        R457,32

So what happens is the VAT is calculated before the discount is applied ...  The VAT should be calculated on the R1000 - R692,68 = R307,32 + 15% VAT

I have two Drupal 9 websites, A and B, which share the same database. Is it possible to enable dev mode on website B only without causing website A?

I'm start using Layout Builder Blocks with Layout builder, that is required Media Library Theme Reset module that has been designated "deprecated" and is not supported on next major version of Drupal.

Are there going to be any problem when I upgrade current Drupal to Drupal 11?
