This is an overview of the various modules available to protect a website visitors' privacy.

Laws such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA and ColoPA generally require websites to do the following: 

  • State what data is collected and why (ie: publish a privacy policy)
  • Get consent from visitors to collect their data (ie: include a cookie consent banner)
  • Encrypt users' data (ie: add an SSL certificate)
  • Delete users' data if they request you to
