Major update of ext_link_page for Drupal 7.

A couple bugfixes:

- Fixed theme selection screenshots
- Fix contextual links add margin to views pages

Adds support for synonyms and adds mime types and icon associations that can be displayed by the theme layer. Coder Review cleanup and general housekeeping.

Updated Module Versions
Added TinyMCE Library
Configure Wysiwyg/TinyMCE on install.
Provide a Menu Block on install.

Removed extra div surrounding components.
