Adding 2x branch to add new features, there will not likely be stable releases coming from this branch.

I would like to add new features to this branch, test in dev and then port to the 1x branch when the community has tested.

-Added mobile display
-Created patches for notice errors

New module. Visit /admin/config/content/unique_comments to configure.

Improved module administration.
Added Mobile Switch visualisation to the appearance main administration page.
Improved description in the README.txt.
