Converted to UTC game start times.
Added playoff json parsing for NFL(nfl.com feed).
Added views integration back in.
Fixed NBA games (espn.com feed) not going "FINAL".

This release contains the following changes:

[*] Minor design improvements (Estimate shipping cost popup and checkout page)

Now includes the geoPHP library to help address #1528602: Add geofield to distro. The geofield module cannot be included until #1518520: Include geoPHP in whitelist (see #3) is resolved.

This is a hotfix release.
This fixes a major regression in the revision-specific accessibility report pages.
The problem causes the valid url to show a page not found and so the revision-specific reports are not viewable.

The problem does not happen if the drupal cache is not cleared so it is not immediately obvious that there is a problem.
