Fixed critical bug. Player would not work at all unless at least one carousel was on the page.

Moved video player theming into a render array.
Added useTYIframeAPI option.
Added basic jcarousel support for using the player with views.
Fixed $item['poster'] indefined index error.
Improved code efficiency for generating player poster image path.
Fixed bug in jcarousel field instance and views admin form.
Fixed javascript for better jquery selector targeting with jcarousel.
Unlimited players/carousels per page now possible.
Added active slide carousel follow feature.
