D7 development release.

New feature: Sending the certificate to the user by email.
Fixed delete bug.
+ Minor bug fixes.

Added advanced setting to specify auth providers as a string of keys, separated by commas - it allows to change the order of providers.
API change - now providers and fields of ulogin_widget element should be strings and not arrays.
Added 4 more auth providers, supported by uLogin.

Branch for ongoing development on version 1.x. Use with care, since this release is actively developed and hence changing.

First release version of the module, pending community testing.

This is the initial complete port to D7. The module has passed basic unit and system testing but still needs to be tested by others in the community.
