Finally got installation profile working 100%, much better!

Fixed installation profile error in 7.x-1.0-alpha1 that prevented the distribution from being installed.

(themes mistakenly added as dependencies in .info file)

Tagging an initial alpha release to get something out there. This is nowhere near production ready and will probably break a lot during testing!

Moving from beta to release candidate

Since the last release:

• Updated versions of contributed modules.
• Regenerated to get latest Features-generated code changes.
• Removed captcha patch, see #1475824: Remove patch on captcha; resolve overridden captcha components.
• Loaded captcha include file to set captcha.
