Revert #1440068 by andypost: Fixed wrong usage of arguments.

This is a single-bug-fix release:

• #1567790: Updating from 7.x-2.5 to 7.x-2.6 removes custom page title

This bug caused instability with the settings when the cache was emptied.

• by gibus: Adds 'co-ment file upload' module.
• by gibus: Fixed check in hook_field_update() whether reverting or updating.
