#1488628: Make the text in the slidebox translatable

Working release 1.0 was broken due to incorrect tag.

• #1487440: Fatal error: Cannot use object of type OgGroup as array
• #1505248: Not in any group checkbox not working as expected

Added Rules Integration

The htaccess rules have been updated for this release, however the old rule will still work if you're updating.

added it as a config item to put in a default domain as suggested in
issue: http://drupal.org/node/1570032
