Added the ability to centre the map on an approximate address to help position map pin.

Initial stable release.

This is the 7.x development branch for the the page_load_progress module. It is not recommended for production use.

Fixed bug with duplicate IDs in DOM after registration form submit.

Fix for issue #[1573158] by [sslider999]: [PHP syntax error because of unescaped quote]. Also, fix for double display of help text.
