Fixed issue #1570516: Not working with content loaded via ajax, popup to work with videos loaded via ajax

Fixing bug with parameters being passed to implode() the wrong way, causing proxy authentication to fail.

Changes since co_ment-7--1-2:

• by gibus: Removed use of jquery UI dialog module in documentation.
• by gibus: Added passing Drupal name/email when creating/updating text, so co-ment knows the Drupal author of revision.

Bugfix of #1573114 - form_set_error in validation callback does not prevent the current step form from going to the next form step

• Major database fix: please update immediately and run update.php
• Added a better log overview at admin/config/manymail/logs
• Added functionality to resume an aborted e-mail in aforementioned overview
• Simplified some localization for translators
