This branch supports entities.

Change list:

- Dependency for taxonomy_entity_index - allows for term id lookup across all entity types.
- Blocks compatible with any entity menu object, not just nodes.
- Bean config allows for user to select Entity Type
- Compatible View Modes and Bundles through AJAX for the given Entity Type output
