Minor settings option fixes

Updated with new option to sort nodes by any date field on any content type. Includes a similar filtering option.

• Added: Make it possible to modify the user object during profile sync, rather than just adding to the $edit array
• Fixed: JS error causing fancybox not to work
• Added: Make Janrain UI handle all login/register links in core
• Added: Implement hook_requirements for required JS libraries and use drupal_add_library
• Fixed: Multiple notices if module is not configured, or user has no capture account
• Added: Improve install instructions in README
• Added: Improved error handling/reporting in JanrainCaptureApi::call()
