- add submodule: cf_field_cardinality
- add support for google-site-verification meta tag
- add test and error case for empty arrays

Bugfixes:
- fix problems in cf_db_options_get_options().

- provide user data and is_anonymous tag
- use cf_error, if available, to report problems
