Updated the third party plugin to version 1.2.6
Added the "autoFocus" feature support
Added the "highlight" feature support

Cleaned up beta code. Removed code that attempted to clean up block references that are not generated by blocks.module.

Somehow the .module file was not included in the first commit

This is a re-release of 2.4, since I've forgot to rename the call to the script file in the sub-theme starterkit after renaming the file itself.
