First alpha release of Track N Notify.

Initial dev release

This is a very minor update with improved compatibility with Admin Menu Toolbar Style module, an edit icon for taxonomy terms and enabled admin styles also for paths with a "dashboard" prefix. This is really nice if you are designing an administration dashboard for your site's users.
