First stable release

Added an experimental new feature: thumbnail pager.

This allows you to display a list of slide thumbnails so viewers can select slides by clicking on the thumbnail.

Note: The software (with the usual caveats) is tested and operational in all respects (including the new feature), but the design of this feature is still experimental. I am looking for feedback and if anyone has ideas for improvement, such as better simplicity of extensibility, they might be incorporated even if they require changes to slideshows that use this feature.

Changed the settings implementation.
Only add the shipping address if Commerce Shipping is enabled.
Decode messages from Klarna to UTF-8.
Altered the response handling from addTransaction.
Update the $charge array just before we initiate the transaction.
Send the Commerce Order ID to Klarna.
Normalize the settings when initiating Klarna.
Get the billing and shipping address directly from the Commerce Order object, rather than wrapping them once again.
