Initial dev release.

• We massively improve the workflow progress.
• The functionality "local publish" was added, to have a complete standalone library system.
• All messages and text spelling was reviewed.
• For the curriculum "per" we implemented a much more detailed data selection.
• The translation system was enhanced in a way to be able to handle the republishing process of all affected descriptions.
• We fixed up a lot of bugs which was related to the Internet Explorer.

Added RTL stylesheets for grid layout instead of doing language detection in grid.inc

• Bugfix for phase state changes in the LIngotek node tab.
• Added API call timing to debug logging.

New and better way of achieving the same thing: custom templates.

The new method allows for all levels to be overridden (view style, list style, row style).

• Fixed z-index problem for overlay button.
• Overlay button is optional from now.
• Changed drush file because of new naming conventions of drush.
• Bold font for console dialog.
• Fixed next-best-number.
• Added error catching for the scripts runtimes.
