First unstable release..

- Some cleanup
- Support for menu links

This release includes several updates:
- Change code so the the CiviCRM API can be used with 4.2 or 4.1 and this patch http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-10540
- Changed the way the body fields work to populate from template... uses "token" to tigger the update of full body and summary
- Title populated if NULL with custom "auto node title"
- Added code to get and insert price_sets on templates
- Removed custom permissions. Using existing CiviEvent permissions instead
