Initial release of 7.x-1.0.

This is the preliminary dev release for 7.x

Changes since 7.x-1.0-rc3:

• #1647894 by tim.plunkett: Fixed Features with page manager components are perpetually overridden.
• #1635662 by donquixote: Fixed Undefined index: feature in features_get_info().
• Add missing taxonomy test file

Ported to d7, Still has bugs that need to be worked out. However seems to work nicely for the most part. This required a rather large re-write because of CCK being brought into core d7. Post any issues and report and bugs!

The new feature being support for d7. There has been no change to features from the 6.x version.
