Fixing initial bugs after more testing.

Development release.

Quick-turn bugfix release for #1698202: Loading module during installation profile results in error on first page load.

Changes the way that collapse.js is added to the page. This should fix all the variety of odd errors about recursive walking, deprecated call-time pass-by-reference, and a number of odd WSODs.

Also changes the default text to remove mention of the arrow, as apparently it isn't clickable.

removed a stray call to dpm()

Lots of small bug fix and feature enhancements; backwards compatible with PHP 5.2. This release does not contain the association rule mining sub-module.
