Features:
-Exposed filters are now shown as additional fields on the Manage Display tab
-Changed the name of the field on the Manage Display tab to be EVA: view_name > display_name
-Clears the field cache when an EVA view is saved so that no manual cache clearing is needed when creating new eva views.
-Changed 'Entity Content' to 'EVA Field'
-Shows available tokens in the token argument settings popup.
