Initial release

Lots of fixes since the last alpha release. Upgrading is recommended for all Recurly module users. No significant API changes in this release.

Changes since 7.x-1.0-alpha2:

Now automatically integrates with the Google Analytics module + a couple of minor bugfixes.

First stable-ish release now that the module has been used by more than just one person.
