One small fix but which has been causing a lot of errors for a lot of people (and a lot of bug reports):

• By Dave Reid: Fixed drupal_static_reset() misspelled causing fatal errors if metatag_config_cache_clear() is called.

Warning: meta tags won't load on taxonomy term pages due to a bug in Drupal core, follow http://drupal.org/node/1700160 for more details.

Beta release for responsive and background features

The rule rename wasn't complete - it worked fine, but the feature showed immediately in an overridden state. Beta 4 silently fixes that.
