This is a maintenance release that fixes a couple issues:

• #1468918: Language Cookie doesn't work with caching
• #1298074: Language Negotiation Callback doesn't seem to get used

Changes since 7.x-1.0-rc1:

• themesettings_verticaltabs: Extra FAPI submit callback, to avoid polluting the stored themesettings vaiables with [additional_settings__active_tab] as a consequence of using vertical tabs.
• coding standards clean up; minor changes only.

• Every entity is now a sub-module for better code separation
• Tighter integration with Entity API which is now a dependency
• Views everywhere which is also now a dependency
• Structure closer to Drupal Commerce
