Making admin UI clearer.
All bundle aggregation admin pages appear under admin/config/development/bundle-aggregation as local tasks.

I needed to make this release just to delete same debbuging code that I forgot to delete in the previous release (7.x-1.3). The functionality and new features in this release is just the same as in the previous one.

Second beta release. The most notable new features are:

• Complex arguments are now handled and printed using Krumo
• Non-core functions are now linked to the API docs on api.drupalize.me
