Added some primary links styles and some more HTML5 goodness. Also added some styles to make the Mission block stand out.

Now supports these HTML5 tags:

<header>
<nav>
<section>
<aside>
<footer>

Rearranged some of the markup for better styling options for customizing the theme with a subtheme.

This version supports CiviCRM 4.1 and 4.2.
