Changes since 7.x-1.0-rc5:

* README and LICENSE files added
* admin page added
* info file updated
* adding download speed limit support
* fixing some minor issue related to download resume support
* fixing function not found issue

Drupal 7 port of the station module. Station archive module won't be ported. No upgrade path from drupal 6.

Development snapshoot.

• Better implementation of D7 AJAX api though still not perfect.
• Screen not refreshing titles has been corrected
• Several bug fixes in the admin sides of things
• Cleaned up CSS / style of the interface
• Optimized Jquery statements to reflect better practices / new ajax implementation
• began decoupling old method of ajax submission
