Important! When updating to beta9, users of Aegir and similar systems may need to migrate through beta8. Aegir tracks module versions through the schema_version field of the system module, and if the new platform has a module with a lower schema_version, it will NOT let you migrate. Since we needed to revert to an older version of one module, in the beta8 release we reset the schema_version, and in the beta9 release the module is actually reverted. Therefore, if you are running Aegir, you should migrate to beta8 and then immediately migrate to beta9.
