• Fixed a problem with comment parents if node has flat comment style activated. Now parents are added to comment only if its node type style is threaded. This should better respect the standard Drupal behavior.
• Fixed a javascript issue with vertical tabs in node-type settings form.

Development release.

This release:

• Updates the Token module to the latest version (2.2).
• Fixes the Checkout page for IE8, IE7, where there was a glitch.
• Fixes a small typo.

This version of Webform 4.x fixes a few bugs and adds full token support in the confirmation message, both as a message and as a full page (extra thanks to Liam Morland for his work on this feature).
